With a new venue, new immersive experiences, and thousands of industry pros descending on Mississauga’s International Centre, this is your moment to show up, plug in, and get the ideas, connections, products, equipment and technology you need energize your next chapter.
Whether it’s your first time attending or you’re a Show regular, RC Show 2026 at The International Centre is new for everyone. Here are our top tips to help you get the most out of Canada’s largest hospitality and foodservice event.
1. Plan ahead, but leave room for discovery.
With 500,000+ square feet of exhibition space, 1,300+ booths, six live competitions, six stages, and new immersive learning zones, the RC Show floor is like a well-stocked menu—you won’t want to miss the best dishes.
Beginning in January, registered attendees and exhibitors can sign in to their profile on RCShow.com to flag their must-see keynotes, events, activations, competitions and stage sessions.
The RC Show app will be live in February, where attendees will also be able to pre-shop the RC Show floor, saving their favourite booths and brands, planning their three-day experience.
Pro Tip: Don’t overbook yourself. Some of the best connections and discoveries happen between sessions, in lineups, or during spontaneous product demos.
2. Arrive reg-ready.
Use your travel time to find your registration code to skip the line and print your badge at the self-serve badge printing kiosks in RC Show’s three dedicated registration areas.
It’ll get you into the venue faster and help you tap into everything from on-site support to the RC Show Passport (details coming soon!), lead collection, and exclusive zones and experiences.
Pro Tip: No badge = no access = no fun. Don’t be that person.
3. Travel light and fuel often.
With five curated halls and the conference centre, you’ll be doing a lot of walking, sampling, scanning, and socializing at RC Show.
- Wear comfortable shoes. Full stop.
- Expect to use the RC Show app frequently and take A LOT of pictures. Bring a portable charger (or two) and make sure you have adequate storage on your phone for photos.
- Hydrate frequently and don’t forget to eat—there’s plenty to sample across the floor, or check out on-site dining options.
- Grab an RC Show bag at the Show entrances, sponsored by American Express Canada, to collect information and samples to help you follow up on leads when you get back to your desk.
4. Bring your team to divide, conquer and inspire.
There’s so much for one person to cover at RC Show. Bring your team members as a reward and split up to explore different zones and regroup later to share insights. Attending as a team is an unparalleled staff appreciation and professional development opportunity. The competitions alone are sure to ignite your roster and the Show floor is guaranteed to inspire new ideas to boost your efficiency and profitability.
5. Plug into game-changing conversations and immersive learning.
