New Venue: The International Centre in Mississauga, Ontario
In 2026, the Show shifts west to The International Centre in Mississauga—minutes from Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ), steps from the Malton GO Station, an easy UP Express from downtown Union Station—and new this year, free parking.
For the Show’s three-day run, The International Centre will become a small city dedicated to welcoming and inspiring the foodservice and hospitality industry, with cutting-edge equipment and technology, new and innovative products and services, six world-class culinary and bar competitions and the conversations, educational sessions and master classes you need to future-ready your business and supercharge your career.
Why the move?
Restaurants Canada relocated the Show to expand the experience—and to cut friction so more members from every region can attend:
Airport-adjacent: The International Centre is located just minutes (about 3 km) from Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ) and a wide selection of local hotels at special RC Show rates.
GO-adjacent: The Hall 2 and 3 entrances are just steps from the Malton GO Station, with a seamless UP Express connection via Union Station – Pearson.
401 corridor easy-on/easy-off: A quick hop from the 401 (with 427/407 access) makes it easier than ever for drive-in teams from across the GTA and Southwestern Ontario to get to RC Show.
Simpler transfers: Short, predictable links between plane, train, and venue mean less time stuck in downtown traffic.
Streamlined on-site logistics: Free parking (with EV charging by the Conference Centre entrance) and access via multiple venue entrances with three registration points will cut down on line ups and wait times.
Budget-smart stays: Take advantage of expanded nearby hotel blocks at multiple price points, plus preferred national flight rates. Check out hotel and flight offers here.

The RC Show team has also fine-tuned the Show entry and badge pick-up process. Expect streamlined registration, with on-site self-serve badge printing, ride service drop-off points, Info Desks and Show floor kiosks to help you navigate the five-hall Show floor and maximize your RC Show 2026 experience.
Inside, 500,000+ sq. ft. of floor space hosts 1,300+ booths, six programmed stages, six live industry competitions, two immersive learning zones, and more to discover.
